$100 cleaning fee, 11.5% state lodging tax, $75 pet fee per pet per stay with a max of three.

- Holiday rates : Spring break ( 3/21/25-3/29/25,Thanksgiving (11/20/24-11/23/24),Christmas (12/20/24-1/3/25)are $275/ night. Rates may change without notice. 3 night minimum summer rates, 2 night minimum other times in the year.

Rory’s Tree Structure
- Enjoy it! But do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. There are no inspection or permit processes for structures of this type in Tillamook County, so we are unable to guarantee safety.
- Please supervise children at all times.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy is full refund minus 1 nights rental if more than 45 days from booking date.
- If within 45 days, full refund minus 1 nights rental if we are able to rebook entire stay. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
Travel Insurance
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our county has adopted the following rules for short term rentals which we will be following until further notice:
- Our housecleaner is trained to follow the Oregon Health Authority cleaning practices.
- We will provide face masks/ gloves during stays.
- Guests will follow social distancing measures for the duration of their stay.
- Guests acknowledge Tillamook County resident concerns related to increased risk of exposure to COVID-19 in Tillamook County rural communities as we move into summer vacation season and that all guests will make every effort to be good citizens and respectful neighbors during their stay. This includes adhering to hours of quiet time, parking requirements, and contact person response times as outlined in Tillamook county ordinance #84.
