We didn’t want to leave. This place is a little slice of heaven! Charming 30’s cabin perched high overlooking one of the most picturesque beaches on the Oregon Coast. Along with perfect weather, the stay here was absolutely incredible! Many thanks to Rory (owner) for making it all possible.

Hidden Gem In Oceanside..The Knotty Beach Cabin is a hidden gem in the Oceanside area!!! The cabin is five minutes from the beach, and has ocean views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The tree deck outside the cabin offered stunning views of the ocean, and made for wonderful sunset watching. My Mother and I stayed here, and immediately re-booked the cabin to bring our whole extended family. The cabin has a warm friendly atmosphere and is fully stocked with towels, blankets, condiments, games, dads, puzzles and anything else you can think of! We had a fantastic stay, and will be staying here many, many times in the future. If you’re visiting the Oceanside area, be sure to stay here! 10/10 would recommend!!

A wonderful place to stay in Oceanside…The Knotty Pine cabin is a 1930’s cabin and just what we were looking for. It has everything you need for your stay and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything except a dishwasher (remember it is a 1930’s style cabin) which was fine with me. Tons of movies, lots of toys for the kids, and best of all the tree deck. The tree deck gave you an stunning view of the ocean. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The garage was stocked with whatever you needed to go to the beach i.e. wet suits, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs firewood etc. Oceanside is quite the gem of a town. We loved going to the Blue Agate Cafe for breakfast.

From Airbnb:
This cabin is such a special place. It is even better in person. It’s so cozy and has the most amazing views. We had an extremely special weekend and one that we will treasure for a long time. We would be thrilled if we could visit again!

With the close proximity to the easy access beach and the amazing tree deck, the Knotty Pine cabin was a perfect place to rest between coastal explorations. Kitchen was well-appointed with every pan, utensil, spice etc we needed and the beds and linens were very nice and freshly cleaned! Comfortable and cozy! Our dog was happy, too!!

This place is quite simply awesome. The tree house is fantastic to sip your morning coffee on or watch the paragliders/hanggliders do their thing above ya. The kitchen is well stocked with any implement you can think of, making cooking meals super easy and convenient. Rory went way beyond in this place. We’re incredibly lucky to have snagged it. Thank you Rory!

From VRBO:
We loved everything about the charming Knotty Pine Cabin, and would definitely recommend staying there. Even as we were approaching Oceanside on the drive in, I knew I had made the right decision, as everyone pointed to the pretty little houses on the hillside and said “wow, I wish we were staying in one of those!” and I happily got to reply, “we are!”. The view of the beach from the cabin is spectacular, especially from the unique tree deck. We felt so lucky to have it, and would stay there again just for that special feature, perched high above the roof lines for an amazing view, and a fabulous rope swing underneath. A great place for morning coffee or evening wine, or to watch the sunset. The cabin itself is a gem. It’s knotty pine walls are cozy and charming, just as a cabin should be. Don’t overpack- there’s no need. There’s games and movies galore, lots of extra blankets, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and a kitchen with the essentials. The beds are furniture are beyond comfortable. My husband said it was the best sleep he had in years, with the window open, listening to the ocean. The bunk beds are huge- full size mattresses, I’m guessing, and every bed feels like a dream with top quality linens. The garage is also packed with wetsuits and bogie boards. The living room has a fireplace and a full wall of windows overlooking the beach. It’s a perfect little cabin. Clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We will definitely visit Oceanside again, and there’s no way we would consider booking anywhere else. My two teens aren’t impressed by much, but gave this cabin the highest of endorsements: “Mom, this place is ‘lit'”! The location is fantastic, just a short little walk down the hill to the two restaurants and right on to the beach. Don’t miss going through the tunnel in Maxwell Pt to the “secret” beach on the other side. Netarts is only 2 miles south if you need more grocery provisions, and Cape Mears is 2 miles north with a lighthouse and the Octopus Tree. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this cabin, and you should consider yourself lucky if it’s available- it’s a gem! It really is as good as it looks online.
